How to Ship

The information detailed below will assist you in the final step of your auction purchase: getting your item shipped to you safely and efficiently.

Purchased lots must be paid for at the conclusion of the sale; your property must then be picked up within 10 business days. The buyer must make arrangements for the property to be transported with a shipper of his or her choice. Third-party shippers take care of moving, packing and handling. If the buyer is unable to coordinate retrieval of the object within the allotted time, the property will be subject to handling and storage charges. Please note Keno Auctions must receive payment in full before shippers will be permitted to remove your property from our premises.

Please find below a description of transport options for consideration. Keno Auctions assumes no responsibility for the acts or omissions of carriers or packers whether or not recommended by us. Kindly inform the Client Services Department about the arrangements you have made in regard to having your items shipped.

All third-party shippers listed are familiar with Keno Auctions and will provide you with an estimate for their services. If you are the successful bidder on a lot, you should contact the shipper of choice directly and provide them with the following information:

  1. Buyer’s Name*
  2. Auction Date
  3. Sale Number
  4. Lot Number(s)
  5. Recipient Address
  6. Insured Value

* = This name MUST match the name on your Keno Auctions auction invoice. If you would like to release your items to another name, send a signed release letter to the Client Services Department.

Once you have selected a shipper, the company will contact Keno Auctions directly to schedule the pickup of your items. Please remember only items paid in full will be released for shipment. All auction items must be removed from Keno Auctions within 10 days following the sale. Handling and storage charges will apply as outlined in the terms and conditions of sale. Keno Auctions has no liability for any damage of property left on its premises after the date of sale.

All items are stored at the Keno Auctions warehouse and the pickup address is:
